By the end of their journey, they’ll choreograph their own personal way of creating joy-filled days and feel empowered to spread their joy with others!

Here’s how it works:

When you register your gift, I will send you an email asking for the recipients name, email and date you would like their gift to ‘arrive’. On the date you specify, they will receive an email letting them know the gift is from you, and be asked to fill out a short form. Within 24 hours they will receive another email with an access link and password to their Lessons and Joy-Filled Exercises.
