My friend, Elsa, suggested I cleanse my home and garden of negative energy from a recent situation that left me jumpy and feeling unsafe in my own home. She was so right!

So, I surrounded myself with paintings I've been working on, and took a cue from my own art - with arms in the air, I danced and swayed and felt a sense of calm wash over me.

My creativity is restored and I'm back in front of the easel!
