Give yourself a natural Straight-Shot of Joy!
One of the most powerful ways to conjure up joy in your day-to-day life is to slow down, and appreciate the small moments in life. These don’t need to be huge, or life-altering, rather they could be just the teeny bits you might overlook if you didn’t pay attention—like the feel of your pet’s fur, a bright bit of moss along the path, the taste of chocolate, or the look of your favorite color in a piece of art.
Tapping into all of your senses will help you create a list of things you love that stretches on and on—you will amaze yourself with all that you find when you take the time to pay attention to what is right in front of you.
