Footsteps in the Forest


'A Touch Of Moss'

Footsteps in the Forest

My toes sink into the moss
soft moisture gently tickling
the bottom of my feet

As I walk
deeper into the forest
my footprints
slowly disappear behind me
into the bright patch of green
sparkling with beads of moisture
like scattered diamonds
glowing in the ray of sunlight
between the trees
