My son prepared dinner - he’s getting really great at making sushi!

Two adult boys moved in with us during the pandemic (one is my son, the other a friend) and I suggested we each take turns making dinner. Since my son is enamored with Japanese culture, language and food, he’s been trying his hand at some wonderful Japanese dishes… and we are the lucky recipients!
